The Senate Committee on Taxationwas called to order by Chairman Mike McGinness, at 11:20 a.m., on Wednesday, March 5, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman McGinness called for committee introduction of Bill Draft Request (BDR) 32-1208.

 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 32-1208:  Provides revenue in support of state budget.  (Later introduced as Senate Bill 238.)

 

SENATOR TOWNSEND MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 32-1208.

 

SENATOR COFFIN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
