The Senate Committee on Taxationwas called to order by Chairman Mike McGinness, at 11:35 a.m., on Friday, May 30, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

SENATE BILL 473 (3rd Reprint): Makes various changes to provisions governing abatement of taxes for new or expanded businesses. (BDR 32-1241)

 

Chairman McGinness explained there were two amendments, No. 756 and No. 941, to Senate Bill (S.B.) 473. He asked if the committee wished to concur or not concur with these amendments.


SENATOR O’CONNELL MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENTS NO. 756 AND NO. 941 TO S.B. 473.

 

SENATOR COFFIN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION PASSED. (SENATORS TIFFANY AND TOWNSEND WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
