The Senate Committee on Transportationwas called to order by Chairman Raymond C. Shaffer, at 10:58 a.m., on Monday, March 17, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Shaffer opened the floor meeting to introduce Bill Draft Request (BDR) 43-1238.

 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 43-1238: Expand requirement for regulation of franchise dealers to include franchise dealers of recreational vehicles that are towed. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 355.)

 

 

SENATOR AMODEI MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 43-1238.

 

SENATOR CARE SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATORS CARLTON AND NOLAN WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
