The Senate Committee on Transportationwas called to order by Chairman Raymond C. Shaffer, at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, March 17, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Shaffer opened the floor meeting to introduce Bill Draft Request (BDR) 22-598.

 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 22-598: Revises provisions relating to approval of subdivision maps and granting of easements for use by community antenna television companies. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 354.)

 

SENATOR HARDY MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 22-598.

 

SENATOR SCHNEIDER SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATORS CARLTON AND NOLAN WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
