The Senate Committee on Transportationwas called to order by Chairman Raymond C. Shaffer, at 12:45 p.m., on Wednesday, May 28, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Shaffer called the floor meeting for the purpose of discussing Amendment No. 930 to Assembly Bill (A.B.) 518.

 

ASSEMBLY BILL 518 (2nd Reprint): Temporarily prohibits increase in number of limousines in operation and directs legislative study of issues relating to allocation of limousines. (BDR S-1102)

 

SENATOR NOLAN MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS A.B. 518 WITH AMENDMENT NO. 930.

 

SENATOR CARE SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
