S.B. 19 (R1) Makes various changes relating to advertising and awarding contracts for certain smaller public works projects and requires Department of Transportation to follow contracting procedures used by other state agencies. (BDR 28-409)

 

S.B. 24 (R1) Provides for access for certain persons to health care records of deceased. (BDR 54-178)

 

S.B. 323 (R1) Revises provisions governing funeral directors, embalmers and operators of cemeteries and crematories. (BDR 54-306)

 

S.B. 429 (R1) Makes various changes relating to community antenna television systems and video programming services. (BDR 58-1072)
