S.B. 144 (R1) Authorizes Administrator of Division of State Parks of State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to charge and collect certain fees under certain circumstances and authorizes Division to enter into certain cooperative agreements. (BDR 35-493)

 

S.B. 201 (R1) Revises limitations on amount of fees that State Emergency Response Commission may impose for certain services of Commission or activities relating to extremely hazardous materials. (BDR 40-1047)

 

S.J.R. 1 (R1) Urges Secretary of the Interior to amend certain regulations concerning allocation of water rights for watering livestock on public lands. (BDR R-671)
