S.B. 123 Prohibits state and local governments under certain circumstances from paying for publications that prominently feature current public officers who are candidates for elective office. (BDR 24-214)

 

S.B. 233 Increases amount of general obligation bonds that State Board of Finance may issue to provide grants to certain water systems. (BDR 30-553)
