S.B. 290 Requires armories and other places used for storage of weapons to be equipped with alarm system under certain circumstances. (BDR 36-914)

 

S.B. 312 Requires state and local governmental entities to accept consular identification card for purpose of identifying person under certain circumstances. (BDR 19-823)

 

S.B. 342 Makes various changes concerning complaints filed against peace officers and other public officers and employees. (BDR 23-1144)

 

S.B. 417 Creates Election Fund to receive money pursuant to Help America Vote Act of 2002. (BDR 24-1265)

 

S.B. 443 Revises manner in which public books and other public records of governmental entities may be declared confidential. (BDR 19-790)
