A.B. 174 (R1) Creates Regional Business Development Advisory Council for Clark County. (BDR S-1004)

 

A.B. 225 (R1) Provides that Public Employees' Deferred Compensation Program approved by committee to administer the Program may consist of any plan to reduce taxable income. (BDR 23-505)

 

A.B. 291 (R1) Revises provisions relating to city and county planning commissions in certain larger counties. (BDR 22-728)

 

A.B. 450 (R1) Prohibits designation of certain positions in government as being position for which monthly service retirement allowance may be paid when previously retired employee fills position during critical labor shortage. (BDR 23-34)

 

A.B. 459 Authorizes county recorder to deny recordation of certain documents. (BDR 20-283)
