A.B. 136 (R1) Authorizes creation of general improvement district for establishment of area or zone for preservation of one or more species or subspecies of wildlife threatened with extinction. (BDR 25-398)
A.B. 150 Amends Charter of City of Las Vegas to clarify that City Attorney and Deputy City Attorneys may represent indigent persons in certain circumstances. (BDR S-1054)
A.B. 196 (R1) Authorizes certain local governments in larger counties to require dedication of certain land or impose tax on nonresidential construction projects for regional parks. (BDR 22-653)
A.B. 236 Directs Office for Consumer Health Assistance to assist consumers in gaining information regarding certain prescription drug programs. (BDR 18-203)
