S.B. 43 Adopts Uniform Child Witness Testimony by Alternative Methods Act. (BDR 4-378)
S.B. 48 Adopts revision of Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. (BDR 11-382)
S.B. 55 Revises provisions governing power of settlor and beneficiary of trust to alter certain statutory duties, liabilities, privileges and powers of trustee. (BDR 13-874)
S.B. 57 Revises certain provisions governing program of restitution through work. (BDR 5-588)
Public comment. Testimony may be limited.
Possible committee introduction and work session on measures previously considered.
