A.B. 27 Revises method for adjusting presumptive maximum amounts of child support owed by noncustodial parents. (BDR 11-244)
A.B. 40 (R1) Extends period of limitations for commencing civil action after action has been dismissed under certain circumstances. (BDR 2-769)
A.B. 53 (R1) Enhances criminal penalty for committing assault or battery upon certain providers of health care. (BDR 15-826)
