S.B. 224 Allows designation of attendant in all civil and certain criminal proceedings involving victim of act of domestic violence. (BDR 3-136)
A.B. 94 Revises provisions governing hours of operation for office of commissioner of civil marriages in certain larger counties. (BDR 11-292)
A.B. 101 Provides that divorce or annulment of marriage of settlor revokes certain provisions of revocable inter vivos trust related to former spouse under certain circumstances. (BDR 13-371)
Public comment. Testimony may be limited.
Possible committee introduction and work session on measures previously considered.
