S.B. 134 Repeals prohibition on assignment of right to periodic payments of winnings from gaming. (BDR 41-1105)

 

S.B. 282 Prohibits and enhances penalties for certain acts concerning alcohol and controlled substances in state parks. (BDR 35-1156)

 

S.B. 300 Makes various changes concerning technological crimes. (BDR 15-438)

 

S.B. 316 Revises provisions pertaining to issuance of search warrants. (BDR 14-1278)

 

S.B. 394 Revises various provisions relating to certain criminal statutes. (BDR 15-1026)

 

Public comment. Testimony may be limited.

 

Possible committee introduction and work session on measures previously considered.
