SECOND REVISED AGENDA

 

S.B. 265 Requires certain correctional officers employed by Department of Corrections to be certified by Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission before performing certain responsibilities. (BDR 23-1279)

 

S.B. 286 Provides for supervision of certain juvenile sex offenders placed in treatment programs in this state. (BDR 5-1086)

 

S.B. 317 Makes various changes relating to incarcerated persons. (BDR 34-594)
