S.B. 264 Makes various changes to provisions pertaining to Department of Corrections. (BDR 16-1182)

 

S.B. 299 Prohibits prisoners from manufacturing or possessing certain tools or items adapted, designed or commonly used for purpose of escaping or attempting to escape from custody. (BDR 16-433)

 

S.B. 397 Revises various provisions governing sex offenders and offenders convicted of crime against child. (BDR 14-441)

 

S.B. 435 Requires leave of district court to be obtained before filing of certain subsequent postconviction petitions for writ of habeas corpus. (BDR 3-434)

 

Public comment. Testimony may be limited.

 

Possible committee introduction and work session on measures previously considered.

 

The author of a bill, or their representative, must provide a completed background sheet prior to the hearing.
