S.B. 398 Makes various changes to provisions concerning certain protective orders. (BDR 3-611)
S.B. 403 Requires certification of persons who provide reports or evaluations to courts regarding competency of defendants. (BDR 14-1245)
S.B. 430 Revises provisions concerning restoration of certain rights of ex-felons. (BDR 14-1222)
S.B. 433 Revises provisions governing admissibility of certain evidence. (BDR 4-427)
