S.B. 272 Provides for posting of bond or other appropriate security by plaintiff in action for medical malpractice or dental malpractice under certain circumstances. (BDR 3-1056)

 

S.B. 303 Makes various changes concerning dissemination of records of criminal history by Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History. (BDR 14-967)

 

S.B. 294 Makes various changes to enforce sovereign rights of State of Nevada. (BDR 15-713)

 

 

Public comment. Testimony may be limited.
