A.B. 95 (R1) Makes various changes to provision pertaining to authority and discretion of court to suspend sentence and grant probation in certain cases. (BDR 14-284)
A.B. 107 (R1) Provides additional penalty for committing certain crimes in violation of temporary or extended order for protection. (BDR 15-285)
A.B. 336 (R1) Revises provisions regarding notification of certain victims of crime if defendant is released before or during trial. (BDR 14-1186)
