A.B. 331 (R1) Provides for issuance and enforcement of temporary and extended orders against person who allegedly committed certain crimes against child. (BDR 3-956)
A.B. 365 (R1) Makes various changes to provisions regarding guardianship. (BDR 13-953)
A.B. 448 Clarifies provisions governing arrest involving violation of order for protection against domestic violence. (BDR 3-448)
Public comment. Testimony may be limited.
Possible committee introduction and work session on measures previously considered.
