THIRD REVISED AGENDA

 

A.B. 274 (R1) Increases length of notice before person who is 60 years of age or older or who has disability may be evicted from certain periodic tenancies under certain circumstances. (BDR 3-1128)

 

A.B. 397 (R1) Makes various changes concerning proceedings in actions concerning eminent domain. (BDR 3-1082)

 

A.B. 419 (R1) Provides that landlord of dwelling units intended and operated exclusively for persons 55 years of age and older may not employ person to perform work on premises unless person has work card issued by sheriff. (BDR 10-833)

 

Public comment. Testimony may be limited.

 

Possible committee introduction and work session on measures previously considered.

 

The author of a bill, or their representative, must provide a completed background sheet prior to the hearing.
