A.B. 117 Makes various changes to provisions governing withholding of income which is ordered to enforce payment of child support. (BDR 3-901)

 

A.B. 284 (R1) Prohibits unfair lending practices for home loans and revises provisions governing sale of real property by trustee. (BDR 52-20)

 

A.B. 288 (R1) Provides for judicial approval of certain contracts involving minors. (BDR 11-1116)

 

A.B. 337 (R1) Makes various changes concerning rights of ex-felons. (BDR 14-63)

 

Public comment. Testimony may be limited.
