S.B. 494 Revises provisions governing issuance of writs of prohibition to conform to Nevada Constitution. (BDR 3-1340)

A.B. 341 Effectuates specific and limited waiver of immunity of State under Eleventh Amendment to the United States Constitution with regard to certain federal laws regulating employment practices. (BDR 3-356)

 

Public comment. Testimony may be limited.

 

Possible committee introduction and work session on measures previously considered.
