FIRST REVISED AGENDA

 

A.B. 13 (R1) Eliminates panel of judges in certain penalty hearings in which death penalty is sought and requires district attorneys to report certain information concerning certain homicides to Supreme Court. (BDR 14-197)

 

A.B. 16 (R1) Provides for genetic marker analysis of certain evidence related to conviction of certain offenders sentenced to death. (BDR 14-200)

 

 

Public comment. Testimony may be limited.

 

Possible committee introduction and work session on measures previously considered.

 

The author of a bill, or their representative, must provide a completed background sheet prior to the hearing.

 

Note: Any person proposing an amendment to a bill being heard by the committee must include a statement of the intent for the amendment, and this proposal must be submitted in writing.
