S.B. 274 Eliminates requirement that driver and passenger of motorcycle being driven on highway wear protective headgear. (BDR 43-993)

 

S.B. 480 Deletes provision limiting issuance of citation for failure to wear safety belt in motor vehicle to vehicles halted for other offenses. (BDR 43-1039)
