AN ACT making an appropriation to the City of Caliente for the construction of a single-span replacement bridge over Clover Creek Wash on the road leading to the Caliente Youth Center; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1  Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

1-2  Fund to the City of Caliente the sum of $350,000 for the

1-3  construction of a single-span replacement bridge over Clover Creek

1-4  Wash on the road leading to the Caliente Youth Center.

1-5  Sec. 2.  Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by

1-6  section 1 of this act must not be committed for expenditure after the

1-7  project is completed and reverts to the State General Fund as soon

1-8  as all payments of money committed have been made.

1-9  Sec. 3.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
