AN ACT making an appropriation to the State General Fund from the Fund to Stabilize the Operation of State Government; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Fund to
1-2 Stabilize the Operation of State Government created by NRS
1-3 353.288 to the State General Fund the sum of $100,000,000.
1-4 Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
