AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Consumer Affairs Division of the Department of Business and Industry for an unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2001-2002; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1  Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

1-2  Fund to the Consumer Affairs Division of the Department of

1-3  Business and Industry the sum of $9,044 for an unanticipated

1-4  shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2001-2002 resulting from

1-5  outstanding vendor billings. This appropriation is supplemental to

1-6  that made by section 23 of chapter 570, Statutes of Nevada 2001, at

1-7  page 2862.

1-8  Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
