Assembly RESOLUTION—Providing allowances to the leadership and other members of the Assembly for periodicals, stamps, stationery and communications.

 

1-1  Resolved by the Assembly of the State of Nevada, That

1-2  the sum to be allowed, as provided by law, for each member of the

1-3  Assembly for periodicals, stamps and stationery is $60 and for the

1-4  use of telephones is $2,800, and the sum to be allowed, as provided

1-5  by law, for the Speaker, Speaker Pro Tempore, Majority Floor

1-6  Leader, Minority Floor Leader and chairman of each standing

1-7  committee of the Assembly for postage, telephone tolls and other

1-8  communication charges is $900; and be it further

1-9  Resolved, That these amounts be certified by the Speaker and

1-10  the Chief Clerk to the State Controller, who is authorized to draw

1-11  his warrants therefor on the Legislative Fund, and the State

1-12  Treasurer is thereafter authorized to pay these warrants.
