     Amend sec. 3, page 6, line 2, after “law.” by inserting:

“The application must also inform the applicant that by registering with the Selective Service System in compliance with federal law, the applicant remains eligible for federal student loans, grants, benefits relating to job training, most federal jobs and, if applicable, citizenship in the United States.”.

     Amend sec. 4, page 6, line 21, after “law.” by inserting:

“The application must also inform the applicant that by registering with the Selective Service System in compliance with federal law, the applicant remains eligible for federal student loans, grants, benefits relating to job training, most federal jobs and, if applicable, citizenship in the United States.”.

     Amend sec. 5, page 6, line 43, after “law.” by inserting:
