     Amend section 1, page 1, line 9, by deleting:

“$75 per hour.” and inserting:

“ $125 per hour in cases in which the death penalty is sought and $75 per hour [.] in all other cases.

     Amend sec. 3, page 3, line 25, by deleting “degree,” and inserting:

“degree in a case in which the death penalty is sought,”.

     Amend sec. 3, page 3, by deleting lines 27 through 30 and inserting:

     “1.  Two attorneys; and”.

     Amend sec. 3, page 3, line 31, by deleting “5.” and inserting “2.”.
