     Amend sec. 7, page 5, line 3, by deleting:

“15th day of each month,” and inserting:

“date specified for each reporting period established pursuant to subsection 7,”.

     Amend sec. 7, page 5, line 5, by deleting “previous month.” and inserting “reporting period.”.

     Amend sec. 7, page 5, line 8, by deleting “previous month.” and inserting:

“reporting period.

     7.  The Director shall adopt regulations establishing reporting periods and dates for filing reports pursuant to subsection 6.”.
