     Amend section 1, page 3, by deleting line 1 and inserting:

     “7.  The money collected for an administrative assessment for the provision of specialty court programs in”.

     Amend sec. 3, page 7, line 39, after “bail.” by inserting:

“If bail is forfeited, the administrative assessment included in the amount posted for bail pursuant to this subsection must be disbursed in the manner set forth in subsection 6 or 7.”.

     Amend sec. 7, page 12, line 40, by deleting “order,” and inserting:

“order of forfeiture,”.

     Amend sec. 8, page 13, line 19, by deleting “Fifty” and inserting “Ninety”.

     Amend sec. 8, page 13, line 21, by deleting “Fifty” and inserting “Ten”.
