     Amend the bill as a whole by deleting sections 1 and 2 and adding:

     “Secs. 1 and 2. (Deleted by amendment.)”.

     Amend the title of the bill, first through third lines, by deleting:

“authorizing the Labor Commissioner to prescribe certain increases to the minimum wage under certain circumstances;”.

     Amend the summary of the bill to read as follows:

“SUMMARY—Revises various provisions relating to determination of livable wages and establishment of certain benefits for certain employees in private employment. (BDR 18‑682)”.
