     Amend sec. 14, page 6, by deleting lines 35 and 36 and inserting:

“chapter 488 of NRS.”.

     Amend sec. 16, page 7, line 30, by deleting “Prepare” and inserting:

“Prepare , in consultation with the Commission,”.

     Amend sec. 16, page 7, by deleting line 33 and inserting:

“recommendation before the budget is submitted to the Chief of the Budget”.

     Amend the title of the bill by deleting the third through fifth lines and inserting:

“Resources into the Department of Wildlife; and providing other matters”.
