     Amend sec. 5, page 3, by deleting line 8 and inserting:

“[,] and subsection 2, a person who owes a debt of more than $200”.

     Amend the title of the bill by deleting the tenth through twelfth lines and inserting:

“increasing the maximum amount that certain debtors may be required to pay as reimbursement for the costs and fees actually incurred to collect the debts; authorizing the State”.
