     Amend section 1, page 1, lines 5 and 6, by deleting:

“employed, to the extent that doing so does not conflict with or infringe upon federal law;” and inserting “employed;”.

     Amend sec. 2, page 2, lines 36 and 37, by deleting:

“employed, to the extent that doing so does not conflict with or infringe upon federal law.” and inserting “employed.”.

     Amend sec. 3, page 2, lines 44 and 45, by deleting:
