     Amend section 1, page 1, by deleting lines 6 through 10 and inserting:

     “(a) Physical [or mechanical] damage to the car, up to and including its fair market value, [resulting from a collision,] regardless of the cause of the damage.”.

     Amend sec. 4, page 4, lines 33 and 34, by deleting:

“[24-hour rental period] rental day” and inserting:

“rental day or 24-hour rental period , as appropriate,”.
