     Amend section 1, page 2, line 39, after “street” by inserting:

“that is depicted in the streets and highways plan of the master plan described in paragraph (p) of subsection 1 of NRS 278.160 which has been adopted for the community”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 40, after “park.” by inserting:

“The term does not include the vacation of a street that is not depicted in the streets and highways plan of the master plan described in paragraph (p) of subsection 1 of NRS 278.160 which has been adopted for the community.”.
