     Amend sec. 8, page 6, by deleting lines 36 and 37 and inserting:

“request [.] at a place in Carson City, Nevada, or Las Vegas, Nevada, or upon agreement of one or more of the parties to pay all additional costs directly related to an alternative location, at any other place of convenience to the parties, as determined by”.

     Amend sec. 9, page 8, by deleting line 43 and inserting:
