     Amend sec. 5, page 2, line 25, after “4.” by inserting:

“An indefinite quantity contract is subject to the provisions of NRS 338.020 to 338.090, inclusive.

     5.”.

     Amend sec. 5, page 2, line 29, by deleting “5.” and inserting “6.”.

     Amend sec. 8, page 3, lines 10 and 11, by deleting:
