     Amend sec. 2, page 3, line 23, after “application.” by inserting:

“An alternative schedule proposed pursuant to this subsection must be developed in consultation with the employee organization representing the licensed employees of the school district. If an alternative schedule is approved pursuant to this subsection, the schedule must be carried out in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement between the school district and the licensed employees of the school district.”.
