     Amend section 1, page 2, line 4, by deleting “Assist” and inserting:

“Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, assist”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, between lines 20 and 21, by inserting:

“The provisions of this paragraph do not apply to a salvage pool, as defined in NRS 487.400.”.
