     Amend section 1, page 1, line 5, by deleting:

“or creates a condition that causes”.

     Amend the title of the bill by deleting the first through third lines and inserting:

“AN ACT relating to occupational safety; increasing the penalty for”.

     Amend the summary of the bill to read as follows:

“SUMMARY—Increases penalty for certain punishable conduct by employer leading to death of employee. (BDR 53‑298)”.
