     Amend sec. 2, page 3, by deleting lines 22 through 27.

     Amend sec. 2, page 3, line 28, by deleting “5.” and inserting “4.”.

     Amend the title of the bill by deleting the fourteenth through nineteenth lines and inserting:

“peace officer; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.”.
