AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the State Predatory Animal and Rodent Committee of the State Department of Agriculture for an unanticipated shortfall in Fiscal Year 2002-2003 for salary requirements; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General
1-2 Fund to the State Predatory Animal and Rodent Committee of the
1-3 State Department of Agriculture the sum of $30,648 for an
1-4 unanticipated shortfall for Fiscal Year 2002-2003 for salary
1-5 requirements. This appropriation is supplemental to that made by
1-6 section 24 of chapter 570, Statutes of Nevada 2001, at page 2863.
1-7 Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
