AN ACT making appropriations to restore the balances in the Stale Claims Account, Emergency Account and Reserve for Statutory Contingency Account; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1  Section 1. 1.  There is hereby appropriated from the State

1-2  General Fund to the Stale Claims Account created by NRS 353.097

1-3  the sum of $2,500,000 to restore the balance in the Account.

1-4  2.  There is hereby appropriated from the State General Fund to

1-5  the Emergency Account created by NRS 353.263 the sum of

1-6  $400,000 to restore the balance in the Account.

1-7  3.  There is hereby appropriated from the State General Fund to

1-8  the Reserve for Statutory Contingency Account created by NRS

1-9  353.264 the sum of $3,000,000 to restore the balance in the

1-10  Account.

1-11      Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
