AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the State Department of Agriculture for an unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2002-2003 resulting from an unexpected increase in expenses; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1  Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

1-2  Fund to the State Department of Agriculture the sum of $41,308 for

1-3  an unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2002-2003

1-4  resulting from an unexpected increase in expenses. This

1-5  appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 24 of chapter

1-6  570, Statutes of Nevada 2001, at page 2862.

1-7  Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
