AN ACT making an appropriation to the University and Community College System of Nevada for the design of an electrical and industrial technology building on the campus of the Great Basin College; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1  Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

1-2  Fund to the University and Community College System of Nevada

1-3  the sum of $132,977 for the design of an electrical and industrial

1-4  technology building on the campus of the Great Basin College.

1-5  Sec. 2.  Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by

1-6  section 1 of this act must not be committed for expenditure after

1-7  June 30, 2005, and reverts to the State General Fund as soon as all

1-8  payments of money committed have been made.

1-9  Sec. 3.  This act becomes effective on July 1, 2003.
